Code bill line items by project and department, plus track item quantity.

Thanks for raising this. As of August 7, 2025, Bill Pay supports line-item splits. You can split a bill's costs across projects, departments, or cost centers right from the bill, and save recurring splits as templates to reuse. Which fields you can split depends on what your accounting provider, Zoho Books in your case, allows at the line level. This update doesn't add a quantity field for inventory.
