Would love for all users to have access to a ALL vendors when creating a bill?
Let all staff see and select any Bill Pay vendor when creating bills.
“As an Admin, I would love for my staff to be able to select any Bill Pay vendor to create a bill.”
“Add employees or managers as vendor co-owners to approve bills, manage renewals, and access payment details securely.”
No setting giving all users visibility of all vendors; access still requires per-vendor ownership.

Verdicts
Jev, Luna and Opus agree; passed the adversarial checkPartialCo-owners let multiple people view a vendor, addressing "there should be a way to make them viewable for multiple people." But there is still no setting for "all users having access to all vendors," so this is partial.

Thanks for raising this. On November 3, 2025 we released vendor co-owners: you can now add multiple employees or managers as co-owners of a vendor, so several people can see and use the same vendor. Details are here: https://support.ramp.com/hc/en-us/articles/16103495669011-Vendor-management-on-Ramp#01K488A2V6JTTE276MZM6JMAE5. This doesn't add a role setting that gives every user access to all vendors, so you'd still assign co-owners per vendor. If that still misses your case, please let us know here.
